Career & Clarity Coaching for Women Navigating Change

I help women stop performing and start living

I'm a career and clarity coach for women who've spent years doing what's expected — and are ready to reconnect with what actually matters to them.

If you're here, something probably feels off. Not dramatically wrong — just quietly misaligned. That feeling is exactly where this work begins.

    Why I do this work

For over a decade, I built a career that looked exactly right from the outside. Senior roles, good money, recognition. And underneath all of it — a growing sense that I was living someone else's version of success.

I didn't have a dramatic breakdown. I had a quiet one. The kind where you keep showing up, keep smiling, keep performing — while something essential slowly dims. I was exhausted, disconnected, and deeply unsure of who I was without the job title.

It took me longer than it should have to ask for help. When I finally did — when I found a coach who could hold space without rushing me — everything began to shift. Not overnight. Not dramatically. But steadily, honestly, and in ways that lasted.

That experience changed the course of my life. And it's why I now do this work — because I know what it feels like to be stuck in a life you built but can't feel at home in. And I know how much the right support can change.

    The women I work with

I work with women in their mid-thirties to mid-forties who are at a crossroads — even if they can't quite name it yet. They're intelligent, capable, and successful by most measures. But something feels off, and they're tired of pretending it doesn't.

Some are questioning their entire career direction. Others are burned out and running on empty. Many are caught between what they've built and what they actually want — afraid that making a change means losing everything they've worked for.

What connects them all is a readiness to stop going through the motions — and a willingness to do the honest, sometimes uncomfortable work of figuring out what comes next.

    How I work

My approach to clarity coaching is simple: I believe you already have the answers. My role is to help you hear them — beneath the noise of expectation, exhaustion, and self-doubt.

I don't do scripts, frameworks, or motivational pep talks. I do honest conversation, thoughtful questions, and steady accountability. I'll challenge you — gently — and I'll hold the space for you to be uncertain, contradictory, and messy while you figure things out.

I believe real change happens when you feel safe enough to be truthful — with yourself and with someone else. That's the environment I create in every session.

    Honesty over comfort

I'll reflect back what I see — kindly, but clearly. Growth lives on the other side of honest conversation.

    Pace over pressure

We move at the speed that works for you. There are no deadlines on self-discovery.

    Depth over quick fixes

I'm interested in lasting change, not surface-level solutions. We go beneath the symptoms to what's really going on.

    Training & background

I'm an accredited coach with training in transformative coaching and positive psychology. I hold a diploma in coaching and mentoring and continue to invest in my own development through supervision and ongoing learning.

But the training that matters most? Over a decade of lived experience navigating the exact crossroads my clients face — career doubt, burnout, identity shifts, and the quiet courage it takes to change direction.

I combine professional rigour with deep personal understanding. When you work with me, you're not getting a textbook approach — you're getting a coach who genuinely understands what it feels like to be where you are.

I'd love to hear your story

If something on this page resonated — if you saw yourself in any of it — I'd genuinely love to talk. A clarity call is free, unhurried, and without any obligation.
